Mark Smith served with 1st Battalion Grenadier Guards
with
tours of Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan. He has shared a bodybuilding
stage with Phil Heath.
Amongst his many achievements, he is 2 x Britain’s Strongest Disabled Man, 2 x Arnold Disabled Strongman Classic winner, England’s Strongest Disabled Man and holds the World record for pulling 2 trucks at once.
He is now currently an Amputee footballer for Peterborough United
and formerly at the time of recording with West Bromwich Albion
.
But not forgetting he is also the author of his book: Strength of Mind.
