In Today's episode of the Mind Set Game Podcast, I sat down with Juma Iraki.
Juma is CEO of Iraki Nutrition, he is the Sports Nutritionist for the Norwegian Judo Federation, Head of Nutrition at AFPT, studying for an MSc in Sports Nutrition for the University of Stirling and a Consultant for Proteinfabrikken.

I spoke to James Krieger about protein timing, however, you talked with the Muscle building summit about having too much protein (as in it is a myth), but it is the nitrogen that you should be more concerned with?
Safety and efficacy of dietary supplements:
Mario Tomic talks about only using vitamin C and omega 3 for supplementing his nutrition needs, however, I would go a step further and recommend vitamin d in the winter months to my clients.
But what would be your prerequisite for the general public but also someone in high-level sports?
And finally, is there any supplements out there that you think is over hyped but aren't necessarily actually going to help people achieve their goals?
