Dr Lizzy Deery is a lecturer in Clinical Exercise Physiology with a particular interest in lifestyle related diseases. Lizzy holds a PhD in Occupational Sedentary Behaviour and Health, and other areas of research include the prevention, treatment, and management of chronic illness with physical activity and nutrition.
Lizzy is a member of BASES, the BACPR and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
In her spare time, Lizzy takes part in Triathlon in a bid to limit her own sedentary time!
