Between 2001 and 2014, Ricky was Assistant Academy Coach at London Wasps.
Has coached British Army Rugby League at Inter-Services Competition, Coaching the First XIII in 2018 & 2019 to become Inter-Services Champions and lead them to the 4th Round of Challenge Cup (First Armed Forces side ever to make the 4th round).
Jamaica Rugby Football Union, National 7’s Squad Assistant Coach and Head Coach of UK Jamaica Crocs 7’s as currently being the team manager and backs coach of London Scottish.
But not forgetting he is also one the Brand Ambassador at Brave Mind.
