William is a fully qualified psychotherapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Additionally, to that, he is also the author of Run for your life: mindful running for a happy life. In the US and Canada, his book is called: Running with Mindfulness: Dynamic Running Therapy (DRT) to Improve Low-mood, Anxiety, Stress, and Depression.
A dynamic running therapy that combines mindfulness, running and talk therapy to create understanding and change. Has he puts it "Emotion in motion".
