Declan, A 30-year-old Dad, originally from the south of Ireland but now live in the UK. When I’m not watching recorded toy story films (no choice in the matter), I make a living from helping busy parents optimize fat loss. I also help keep the lights on by tutoring fitness professionals.
I consider myself very lucky, I don’t drive a fancy car or live in a big house, but I’ve a beautiful family and a line a work that allows me to teach and coach others how to overcome whatever it is that’s holding them back.
